As manufacturers, we are able to provide competitively priced, total solutions for your warehousing needs - for example in addition to the actual structures - which are available for purchase or lease, we offer a complete installation service and a full range of accessories tailored to your requirements, for example climate control systems, gutter systems, fully automatic or manual roller shutter and personnel door units etc.
WS75 structures are available in standard eave height of 4.40m and are snow-loaded to 25kg or 75kg per m2.
The main framework, uprights and trussed, are manufactured from lightweight, high-grade aluminum 4-channel extrusions with all connecting components - including purlins, ridge and eave connectors - manufactured from highly durable, hot-dipped galvanised steel. All structures are designed according to stringent German TUV guidelines i.e. approval for temporary structure buildings wind loaded to 0.50kN m2 / 62.5mph.
Side, gable walls and roof sections are supplied in PVC-coated polyester flame retardant according to DIN 4102 B1, M2 material. Alternatively, standard RAL 9002 (grey-white) galvanised corrugated steel or 40mm insulated steel sheet walling can be supplied. Other colours are available on special request.
It is important to note that these structures do not require solid foundations all Ws-Series structures can be installed on most types of ground surface including hard core, concrete and asphalt. In addition to the flexibility, WS-Series structures can be increased or decreased in length as and when required. |
